How do I get my home removed from Opendoor's website?
Contact Opendoor support with your property address to request removal of your home's information from our website. Removal requests are typically processed within a few business days.
How to request removal
- Call 888-352-7075 or email support@opendoor.com.
- Provide the full property address you want removed.
- Our team will review your request and follow up with confirmation once it has been processed.
When removal is possible
Opendoor can remove your home's information in most cases. However, there is one exception: if Opendoor currently owns the home and it is listed for sale, the listing cannot be removed while the sale is active.
If you previously requested an offer from Opendoor, your property information may still appear on our site. A removal request will take care of this.
Why your home might appear even if you never contacted Opendoor
Your home may show up on opendoor.com even if you have never interacted with us. Opendoor uses publicly available data sources — including MLS listings and county property records — to display home information. This is similar to how other real estate websites operate.
Seeing your home on our site does not mean Opendoor has made an offer on it or has any claim to it. It simply means public data about the property is being displayed.
How long removal takes
Most removal requests are processed within a few business days after our team confirms the request. You will receive confirmation when the removal is complete.
Note: If your home reappears after removal due to updated public records, contact us again and we will remove it a second time.
