In order for Opendoor to facilitate tours as quickly and reliably as possible, we attempt to pair you with the closest available Tour Assistant.
That being said, if you had a pleasant experience with any of our wonderful Tour Assistants, we can designate them as your preferred Tour Assistant. This means we will prioritize tour requests to your preferred agent, regardless of location and availability; if they are unable to coordinate the tour, we will then reach out as normal to the next available Tour Assistant. If you’d like us to assign a designated Tour Assistant, go ahead and let our Support team know and they will take care of it right away.
Alternatively, while we love all of our employees, and work hard to ensure that they can provide you the best service possible, we understand that sometimes personalities can clash despite the best of intentions. If you do find that you are dissatisfied with a Tour Assistant we have paired you with, we can make sure that you are not paired with that Assistant in the future.
