To ensure all interested buyers have a fair opportunity, Opendoor responds next-day to offers received before 8 pm between 12 - 3 pm. If the offer is received after 8:00 pm, our response will be 2 days after between 12 - 3 pm.
Why do you wait until the next day to respond to offers?
When we receive an offer, we alert anyone who has visited the home recently that we have an offer in hand and give them until noon the following day to submit an offer.
