What is Cash Now, More Later exactly?

Your client can get paid twice, and you keep the listing. How it flows:

  1. First close. Opendoor buys the home. Your client unlocks their equity in cash up front and is free to move. You get your first payment, from Opendoor: a bonus of 1% to 2% of the purchase price (the rate depends on how many deals you've closed with us that year).
  2. We renovate. Opendoor funds and manages the repairs. Nothing for you or your client to do or pay.
  3. You relist. The renovated home goes back on the market with you as the listing agent.
  4. Second payment. When it sells, your client receives all the profits after fees and costs. You get your second payment: the full listing commission on the resale transaction, the same way you would on any listing. Full details are in the program agreement.
