Do referrals count, or only deals I represent?

The full payout, your commission plus the Opendoor bonus, is for deals you represent. Representing simply means you're the agent on the deal and you're on it from the start: submit your client's address yourself, with your email and MLS ID. You don't have to run every step yourself; your client can handle the photos and paperwork directly with us while you stay the agent of record. If you'd rather hand a client off entirely, talk to us first and we'll make sure you're paid correctly.
