When exactly does my bonus hit my account?

Everything is paid through escrow as a line item on the settlement statement. Nothing extra to do: no invoice to send, no separate check to chase. On Cash, that's the same closing where your commission is paid, so everything arrives at once. On Cash Now, More Later, the bonus is paid at the first closing when Opendoor buys the home, so you see it before your listing commission, which comes at the second closing when the home resells.
