If I send you my client, could they end up listing with Opendoor or another agent?

No. The listing option is only for sellers who come to us without an agent. If a seller has an agent, we don't offer it.

If your client starts an offer on their own, make sure you're added as their agent early. If we find out you already have a listing agreement in place, we honor your agreement and stop working with the seller directly.
