How fast can we close?

Your client picks the close date, as soon as 21 days out or up to 60. If they need to line up with a new-home purchase, we can coordinate dates. Closing dates longer than 30 days may incur an extra fee which we will let your client know about upfront before finalizing their preferred closing date. One exception: clients buying a new-construction home can pick a close date up to 4 months out; see My client is buying a new-construction home, can you line up the closings?.
