Your Home Sale Advisor
If you have an active transaction, you may have a dedicated Home Sale Advisor assigned to you. You can contact them directly for questions about your specific sale or purchase.
Check your dashboard for your Home Sale Advisor's name, phone number, and email address.
Tip: For the fastest response, always include your property address when reaching out — it helps our team pull up your information immediately.
What if you cannot reach your Home Sale Advisor?
If your assigned Home Sale Advisor has not returned your call or is not responding:
- Call the main support line at 888-352-7075. A different team member can help you or escalate your request to your Home Sale Advisor's team.
- Email support@opendoor.com with your name, address, and a description of what you need. Include the word "urgent" in the subject line if your closing date is approaching.
- Check your dashboard at opendoor.com — you may be able to complete some tasks (like reviewing documents or checking your offer) without waiting for a callback.

I was supposed to receive a callback but did not
If Opendoor scheduled a call with you and you did not receive it:
- Check your recent calls — Opendoor may call from a number you do not recognize. Look for calls from area codes associated with your market or from toll-free numbers.
- Call 888-352-7075 to request a new callback or to handle your question directly with the next available team member.
