Here’s how you get paid as a buying agent, a listing agent:
Buying agents
We pay buyer agent compensation via concessions to the winning buyer to cover the amount of your buying agent’s fee or other closing costs. Just ask for what you need when submitting your offer.
Listing agents
Whether you represent a client or refer the seller to Opendoor, you will be eligible to receive commission and Agent Access points from Opendoor in addition to any agreed upon commission from the seller.
