I submitted photos -- when will I get my final offer?

Log in at opendoor.com and check your dashboard for the current status of your offer. After you submit your self-assessment photos (taken via the Opendoor Key App) or complete your in-person walkthrough, your Opendoor team reviews everything to finalize your cash offer (also called your final offer).

How long does it take?

Your cash offer will be prepared in 5-7 business days.

We know waiting is stressful, and we do our best to get your offer to you as quickly as possible.

Note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays. If you submitted your photos on a Friday evening, the review clock starts on Monday.

How you will be notified

When your cash offer is ready, you will receive:

• An email to the address associated with your account
• A notification on your dashboard at opendoor.com

Make sure to check both your inbox and your spam folder.

How to check your offer status

1. Go to opendoor.com and log in with your account credentials.
2. Navigate to your dashboard. You should see your property listed under your active transactions.
3. Look for the "Offer" status. This will show whether your offer is still being prepared or is ready for review.

Tip: Check your dashboard on opendoor.com -- not the Opendoor Key App. The Key App is for taking photos; your offer details live on the main Opendoor website.

What if it has been more than 7 business days?

We will be honest: sometimes things take longer than expected due to high volume or additional review needs. If it has been more than 7 business days since you completed your assessment and you have not received your cash offer, please contact support so we can look into your specific situation.
