I can't find or view my offer on the dashboard
Log in at opendoor.com -- not the Opendoor Key App -- and navigate to your dashboard to look for your active transaction. The Key App is for taking your self-assessment photos; your offer details are on the main Opendoor website.
If you are not seeing your offer, work through the steps below.
Step-by-step troubleshooting
1. Confirm you are on the right platform
Your cash offer (also called your final offer) is displayed on your dashboard at opendoor.com. If you are looking in the Opendoor Key App, you will not find it there. Open a web browser and go to opendoor.com to log in.
2. Check which email address you are using
Log in with the same email address you used when you first requested your offer. If you have multiple email addresses, try each one. Your offer is tied to the email associated with your original request.
3. Try a different browser or clear your cache
Sometimes browser issues prevent the dashboard from loading correctly. Try these steps:
- Open an incognito or private browsing window and log in again.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then refresh the page.
- Try a different browser entirely (for example, switch from Safari to Chrome).
4. Check if your offer has expired
If you see a message that says your offer has expired, your offer was available but passed its expiration date. It may still be possible to request a refreshed offer. See our article on expired offers for next steps.

- The email address you used to create your account
- A brief description of what you see (or do not see) on your dashboard
