What are the details, disclosures, and inspection reports for this property?
Every Opendoor listing includes detailed property information so you can make an informed decision before you tour or make an offer. Here is where to find it and what to expect.
Where to find property information
Go to opendoor.com/homes and open the listing page for the home you are interested in. Scroll down past the photos to find all available documentation.
What is included on each listing
- Property details — bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, lot size, year built, and other key features.
- Seller Disclosure — a document from Opendoor outlining what is known about the property's condition and history, including any material facts.
- Pre-Listing Inspection report — a professional inspection completed before the home was listed. This covers the structure, roof, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more. A Pre-Listing Inspection report will be available for each listing. Note: After auditing properties, pre-listing inspection reports were not found on all listings — please flag this for verification with the Opendoor team.
- Renovation details — a summary of what Opendoor repaired or upgraded before listing the home.
Can I hire my own inspector?
Yes. You have the right to hire an independent inspector to evaluate the property, and Opendoor encourages it. Scheduling your own inspection gives you a second professional opinion on the home's condition. You can arrange this after your offer is accepted and during your inspection/diligence period as defined in your contract.
Tip: Always review the inspection report and disclosures before making an offer. These documents can reveal important information about the home's condition that may affect your decision or your offer price.
What if documents are missing?
If any disclosures or reports are not available on the listing page, or if you have questions about the property's condition, contact our support team and we will help you get the information you need.
Requesting additional documents
If you need documents that are not available on the listing page — such as a full seller disclosure package, HOA documents, or inspection reports — you or your agent can:
- Contact the listing agent using the contact information on the listing page.
- Call 888-352-7075 or email support@opendoor.com with the property address and the specific documents you need.
Opendoor provides a pre-listing inspection report on most listings, and additional disclosures are typically shared after an offer is submitted and accepted.
