At most, your offer is good for 60 days if you choose to list with Opendoor. If you choose to list, you must sign a listing agreement with an Opendoor partner agent within 14 days of receiving your final offer. Your offer is only valid for 30 days once the home is listed on the market and your home must be listed within 30 days of receiving your final offer. If the offer expires, you can request a new offer.
