To finalize your offer, we conduct a walkthrough of most homes. During the walkthrough, one of our team members will take photos and a short video of your home to review a few details:

Layout, key features, and condition

We’ll capture the home’s layout and key features as well as measure square footage. We also check out the interior and exterior paint, flooring, cabinetry, and appliances — things that are easier to understand in-person.

Major systems

We’ll check out the major systems of your home (pool, plumbing, roof, HVAC, foundation) to note their age and condition.

We’ll also take into account the curb appeal of your landscaping and hardscaping. 

A few days after your walkthrough, you’ll get a finalized offer for your home with a detailed breakdown of your net proceeds.
