As an agent, there are many ways to work with Opendoor.
Buying agents
As a buying agent, you can visit homes with your clients using ShowingTime. Do this directly through your MLS, in the ShowingTime App, or by calling 1-800-SHOWING. Once your client is ready to buy a home, you can submit an offer online. You’ll get paid a buyer-broker commission, and you’ll receive Agent Access points for every eligible transaction.
Listing agents
As a listing agent, request an offer for your client’s home by visiting opendoor.com/agents. You can choose to represent your client or refer them to work directly with Opendoor. You will be eligible to earn a 1% commission from Opendoor Brokerage and Agent Access points at closing. This is in addition to any commission you agreed upon with the seller.
